What's It All About?

The Desktop Themes application is a direct replacement for the Desktop Theme control panel provided in the Windowsô Plus! pack with a few additional features. This collection of sounds, icons, pointers, wallpaper, color, and font settings, are all brought together in one package, no longer requiring you to configure everything independently through the Control Panel.
